This Privacy Policy explains what information Replio GymFit (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the Android app, you agree to this policy.

This document describes how the app works today. It is not legal advice.

1. Who we are

Replio GymFit is a gym workout tracker operated by Pradap Pandiyan (individual / sole developer).

2. How the app stores data

Replio GymFit is local-first. Workout logs, programs, nutrition, measurements, and photos you add are stored on your device. We do not create an online account, and we do not operate a cloud backend that receives your gym data.

If you email support, we will see the information you include in that email.

3. Information we handle

Depending on how you use the app, the following may be stored on your device:

Workout and fitness content you create

Workouts, exercises, sets, reps, weights, rest timers, and session history
Programs and training plans
Nutrition and water logs
Body measurements
Optional body / equipment profile details you enter (for example height, weight, or available equipment)
Progress photos you take or pick from your gallery

Settings

Theme, units, rest defaults, and reminder preferences

Permissions you allow

Camera — to take progress photos
Photos / media — to attach an existing progress photo
Notifications — optional local workout timer alerts and a daily reminder you enable
Microphone — declared because the app plays timer sounds through the Android audio system. We do not record, store, or upload your voice
We do not use precise device location

Device and store data we do not collect ourselves

Google Play / Android may collect standard diagnostics or crash reports according to your device settings. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in Replio GymFit.

4. How we use information

On-device data is used only to:

Show your workouts, history, nutrition, measurements, and photos in the app
Play rest-timer sounds and show local reminders you turn on
Let you export a backup or CSV files you choose to share

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
We do not track you across other apps or websites.

We do not upload your gym data to our servers.

You may choose to share a local backup file or CSV export through Android’s share sheet (for example to Files, Drive, or email). That copy is then under the service you pick.

We may see personal data only if you send it to support, or if required by law.

Google Play services may process technical data under Google’s privacy policy.

6. Data retention

Data stays on your device until you delete it, reset the app, or uninstall Replio GymFit.

Delete individual items in the app where that option exists
Profile → Reset all data wipes local app data and restores the default exercise library
Uninstalling the app removes local app storage on that device (unless you previously exported a backup)

Backup files you saved outside the app remain until you delete them.

7. Security

Your data is stored in the app’s private storage on the device. Protect your phone with a lock screen. No method of storage is 100% secure. Keep backup files in a place you trust.

8. Children’s privacy

Replio GymFit is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country, including Google Play child-account rules). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Your choices

Edit or delete workouts, logs, and photos in the app
Export or import a local backup from Profile
Turn off reminders in Profile
Control camera, photos, notifications, and microphone in Android Settings → Apps → Replio GymFit → Permissions
Reset or uninstall to remove local data
Email support@pradappandiyan.com with privacy questions

10. Google Play disclosures

This policy supports Google Play User Data / privacy policy requirements. Replio GymFit does not sell personal data and does not use your personal data for third-party advertising. The app does not create a developer-hosted user account.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the updated version at this URL and change the “Last updated” date above.
