This Privacy Policy explains what information Replio GymFit (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the iOS app, you agree to this policy.

This document describes how the app works today. It is not legal advice.

1. Who we are

Replio GymFit is a gym workout tracker operated by Pradap Pandiyan (individual / sole developer).

2. How the app stores data

Replio GymFit is local-first. Workout logs, programs, nutrition, measurements, and photos you add are stored on your device. We do not create an online account, and we do not operate a cloud backend that receives your gym data.

If you email support, we will see the information you include in that email.

3. Information we handle

Depending on how you use the app, the following may be stored on your device:

Workout and fitness content you create

Workouts, exercises, sets, reps, weights, rest timers, and session history
Programs and training plans
Nutrition and water logs
Body measurements
Optional body / equipment profile details you enter
Progress photos you take or pick from your photo library

Settings

Theme, units, rest defaults, and reminder preferences

Permissions you allow

Camera — to take progress photos
Photo Library — to attach an existing progress photo
Notifications — optional local workout timer alerts and a daily reminder you enable
Microphone — may appear because the app plays timer sounds. We do not record, store, or upload your voice
We do not use Location Services

Device and store data we do not collect ourselves

Apple may collect standard diagnostics or analytics according to your iOS privacy settings. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in Replio GymFit.

4. How we use information

On-device data is used only to:

Show your workouts, history, nutrition, measurements, and photos in the app
Play rest-timer sounds and show local reminders you turn on
Let you export a backup or CSV files you choose to share

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising.

We do not upload your gym data to our servers.

You may choose to share a local backup file or CSV export through the iOS share sheet. That copy is then under the service you pick.

We may see personal data only if you send it to support, or if required by law.

Apple (App Store, iOS) may process technical data under Apple’s privacy policy.

6. Data retention

Data stays on your device until you delete it, reset the app, or delete Replio GymFit.

Delete individual items in the app where that option exists
Profile → Reset all data wipes local app data and restores the default exercise library
Deleting the app removes local app storage on that device (unless you previously exported a backup, including iCloud device backups you enabled)

Backup files you saved outside the app remain until you delete them.

7. Security

Your data is stored in the app’s sandbox on the device. Protect your iPhone or iPad with a passcode / Face ID / Touch ID. No method of storage is 100% secure.

8. Children’s privacy

Replio GymFit is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country, including Apple’s child-account rules). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Your choices

Edit or delete workouts, logs, and photos in the app
Export or import a local backup from Profile
Turn off reminders in Profile
Control Camera, Photos, Notifications, and Microphone in iOS Settings → Replio GymFit
Reset or delete the app to remove local data
Email support@pradappandiyan.com with privacy questions

10. App Store privacy disclosures

This policy supports Apple App Store privacy policy requirements and App Privacy disclosures. Replio GymFit does not sell personal data and does not use your personal data for third-party advertising. Data you enter stays on device unless you export it yourself.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the updated version at this URL and change the “Last updated” date above.
