Account and data deletion — Kinora — Stay Close
App: Kinora — Stay Close
Package / bundle ID: com.pradappandiyan.kinora
Developer: Pradap Pandiyan
Support: support@pradappandiyan.com
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account or cloud data. Use one of the options below.
This page satisfies Google Play and App Store account-deletion requirements.
Option 1 — In the app (recommended)
- Sign in to Kinora.
- Open Settings (or Account).
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm the warning. If asked for your password, enter it (leave blank only if you signed in with Google/Apple and never set a password).
- Confirm Delete forever.
Your profile, contacts, interactions, memories, important dates, photos, circles you own (as they relate to you), and related data are permanently deleted on our servers, and you are signed out.
Option 2 — Email
- Email support@pradappandiyan.com from the same email as your Kinora account.
- Subject:
Delete my Kinora account
- State that you want the account and associated data deleted.
We verify ownership and process requests within 30 days (usually sooner).
What we delete
- Login (email, name, password hash, Google / Apple links, 2FA settings)
- Contacts, interaction logs, memories, goals, gifts, life events, important dates
- Avatars and album photos stored for your account
- Family Circle memberships and circle content tied to you
- Assistant / AI chat history tied to your user ID
- Session tokens
What may be kept briefly
- Database / storage backups until the next backup cycle (typically days; not more than 90 days)
- Purchase records retained by Apple or Google under their policies
- Legal / fraud records if the law requires retention
- Limited security logs (then deleted or anonymized)
We do not keep your relationship data to sell or to use for ads.
Delete some data without closing the account
Yes. While signed in you can delete individual contacts, photos, notes, dates, and other items in the app. That does not close the account.
After deletion
You cannot sign in. Creating a new account with the same email starts empty — old data is not restored.
