By downloading, installing, or using Kinora (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Kinora helps you remember and nurture personal relationships: contacts, reminders, logs, notes, important dates, family circles, and optional AI assistance. It is a personal productivity / lifestyle tool — not therapy, counseling, medical, or legal advice.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). If you are under the age of majority, use the App only with a parent or guardian’s consent where required.
You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information. Do not share your password. You may delete your account as described on our account deletion page.
You keep ownership of the contacts, notes, photos, and other content you enter. You are responsible for that content and for having the right to store information about other people.
Do not use the App to store illegal content or to harass others. Respect others’ privacy.

Free and Premium features may apply. Paid plans are billed by Apple or Google through the App Store / Play Store. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under those stores’ policies. Premium entitlements may be revoked if a purchase is refunded or expires.
AI suggestions and chat are automated and can be wrong or inappropriate. Review anything before you send it to a real person. We are not responsible for outcomes of messages you choose to send.
Sign-in (Google / Apple), hosting, AI providers, and store billing are provided by third parties under their own terms.
The App, name, logo, and original software belong to Pradap Pandiyan or licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pradap Pandiyan is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits arising from use of the App. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places liability is limited to the maximum permitted.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
